For an outdoor LED display, it requires higher demand in installation than common indoor LED screen. It requires doing the best in every details step by step to avoid unnecessary trouble in the future.

 

6 Notes for Installation of Outdoor LED Screen Display

1. Lightning protector should be installed to the building & the LED screen. LED display might be attacked by strong magnetic which caused by light & thunder. Therefore, the main body and shell of LED screen should be kept in good ground connection. Controlling the ground resistor less than 3 Ohm to make sure the large current caused by thunder could be released in time.

 

2. Waterproof device of LED display. The combination of screen body and wall should be good effect of waterproof and water draining. It’s important to have waterproof and moisture proof device, for outdoor LED display working under sunlight & rain, wind&dust condition. Good effect of water& moisture proof device could avoid fire or breakdown even massive dollar lost.

 

3. The choice of circuit chip. IC chip working temperatures ranges of -40°C to 80°C to prevent machine turned on from low temperature in winter.

 

4. Installing ventilating device to control the inside temperature working between -10°C and 40°C . Upon to the backwards screen installs axial flow fan to discharge excess heat, which will protect the circuit or system without breakdown from over heat.

 

5. Super high brightness LED should be chosen. To make sure the screen could be able to view in a very long distance when working under strong sunlight. Outdoor LED screen acquires high contrast ratio, wide viewing angle,range of visibility, and brightness adjusted.

 

6. The display medium adopts new type WVA diode: Wide viewing angle, color pure, life span over 100000 hours. Display medium outer packaging is the most popular fabrication of marginate square cylinder, silicone seal and no metal. They are good artistic in appearance , durable along with characteristics of against direct sunlight, dustproof, waterproof, anti high temperature, anti short circuit.
